    2. I'm from New York, in the United States, and it's where I currently live.

    3. I am a bronze-star nominated Iraq war vet, a Barnes & Noble.com # 1 bestselling author, and the producer of the feature film, "You Can't Kill Stephen King", which is on Amazon Prime!

    4. I love motivating and leading people. I also hope you'll subscribe to my youtube channel at youtube.com/monroemann Plus, 我会说汉语！ I can also code in Ruby, Rails, HTML, CSS, and some Javascript.

  4. Any certifications or degrees you may have?

    5. I'm a lawyer, have a PhD in psychology, an MBA in finance, and a masters of entrepreneurship. I'm also believe myself to be certifiably awesome!

  5. What year did you become affiliated with Break Diving?

    6. I created the Break Diver's Creed (No Rules. No Excuses. No Regrets.) in 1999 or 2000. I founded this company in 2016. And then recruited this amazing team.

  6. What did you find appealing about Break Diving?

    7. I knew the world needed more inspiration, and that's what Break Diving is all about.

  7. List one fun fact about yourself.

    8. I won an ostrich riding competition in South Africa. I've visited over 30 countries, and have lived in 5 (China, Iraq, Switzerland, France, and the USA)

    5. I'm still in highschool.

    7. Break Diving is a community both positive and diverse that groups people willing to help and support others achieve their dreams and are also looking for the same thing.

    8. I'm an avid reader and I speak 4 languages.

    3. My family - my loving wife and three exceptional children - is my source of great pride. Their growth, achievements, and happiness bring me immense joy. Nurturing them to be caring, self-assured, and successful is my proudest accomplishment, and I am thankful for their love and presence in my life each day.

    4. I have extensive experience in Ruby on Rails development and am highly skilled in a number of related technologies, including PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS. I'm always eager to learn and stay up-to-date with new developments in the field.

    5. I joined the team in July 2021.

  5. What did you find appealing about Break Diving?

    6. I was drawn to the Break Diving community because of its focus on helping individuals to grow and develop, both professionally and personally. I believe in the organization's mission and values, and enjoy being part of a community of like-minded individuals

  6. List one fun fact about yourself.

    7. I don't have Goals in my life, at least not goals with a deadline. I worked very hard to free myself from any expectations. I truly believe that expectations make us sad and depressed. I try my best to be supportive and good at what I do, but I'm not looking at the next "big thing" I want.
